This letter is what I used to get a DOST SEI travel clearance for our official training in Malaysia last year.             THIS IS TO CERTIFY that Ms. XXXXXXXXXX is currently employed as ___________________(OCCUPATION) of the Biotech Company (Employer/company) under the PCIERD-funded project . On June 2-6, 2010 (DATE), she will be sent to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (TRAVEL DESTINATION) to participate in a technical training on the use and maintenance of Biostat Fermentors (OFFICIAL REASON).

This further certifies that Ms. XXXX is aware of her travel restrictions as a DOST-SEI scholar and in the event that Ms. XXXX fails to return to the Philippines after the training program, the project guarantees full payment of her scholarship.
